Eric is a San Francisco based industrial designer with over 20 years experience. His award-winning work spans numerous industries, start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, as a consultant, as a leader within corporate in-house innovation teams, and as a co-founder of a Y-Combinator (YC-S21) startup.

The human is always in the center. Understanding how people think, how their bodies work, and what motivates them are foundational to Eric’s design work. He designs with “progressive enchantment” in mind, the goal being: creating meaningful bonds and building loyalty. It is effectively, the more a person uses a product, the more they discover, the more they love it. Forming real connections with people and making their lives better through design motivates him.

Outside the studio, Eric spends time composing music, shredding guitar, hiking, canyon carving, and enjoying Formula 1 with his two boys and partner, Carly.
